ABOUT MIA
MIA'S DAILY ROUTINE
SUPPLEMENTS some 2x-a-day:
COQ10 (ubiquinol), L-carnitine, liver support, magnesium, Omega 3, flaxseed oil, Taurine, Hawthorne with dandelion, colostrum, vitamins C, D3 and E, marine phytoplankton, cayenne/ginger capsule (just a pinch morning and night), and a sliver from a barley tablet
DIET:
Primal brand raw food morning and evening;
daily teaspoon of organic virgin coconut oil, and ounce (if I can get her to drink it!) of 100-percent coconut water
EXERCISE:
I let her do what she feels like doing, including hikes in Red Rock Canyon (I pick her up when she gets tired) and daily evening walks in our neighborhood. She's good at monitoring herself and stops when she needs to be picked up.
